New Up Dates

We have received several inquires
asking about the 4th Amendment and posting a sign stating no trespassing.
We have always reported you can go to the local hardware, make your own
or buy a "NO Trespassing" sign anywhere. The reason of posting
this statement is to support or exercise your rights in the Constitution.
If you have any reason of needing to exercise your rights as to telling
someone to leave your domain, you have that posted as a legal way of saying I
do not give you permission to be at my door, walk up my driveway etc.
which is all public right of way unless posted. Just an FYI.
Never Give UP on the Balance of the Law
In New Jersey I have come across a process the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) a government agency has been utilizing. This process is, as every one has experienced an inspection sticker checkpoint, only with a twist. At the check point if you don not have a valid inspection sticker a police officer (a enforcement officer from the court in which jurisdiction is at the stop) directs the driver to pull over only to be met by two MVC employees and a mobile inspection unit, that is basically a 25’ truck with various apparatus and gadgets. At this point you are to exit your automobile and release it to these inspection employees. Now I see this as an explicit violation of the 4th Amendment. Does any one else feel this way? There are other aspects to this that I will comment on if I get any response to this.
Written by the Squad: March 5th, 2010A reminder of Constitution Day. This is hoping all that celebrate the United States and our Freedom by honoring the Constitution.
We
spoke of an individual who started fighting for his privacy and his 4th
Amendment Rights in 2006. He had a hearing scheduled before the Honorable
Superior Court Judge in Brown County IN 2009 County Court House. His Attorney @
Law had advised him to plea guilty. If you want more information
about this individual please contact us and we will report all that is public
information.
The case was so brazen however this citizen followed his attorney's advice, out of money in excess of $8,000.00 and made a plea of "guilt" to punishment regarding an OWI. It would have been a "great case" for the Indiana Supreme Court to have heard. It does not appear they see where the line is being drawn regarding our privacy.
This farmer was over 300
yards onto his own property after 10:00 pm. He was also cited for two
hunting violations and given an OWI with testing at (.08) 3 times.
Again he was out in the middle of his bean field running off coyotes to protect his livestock.

law of the strongest takes its place,
and
life and property are his who can take them."
